Kim Gilbert is the dedicated Office Manager at the Law Office of John T. Orcutt, P.C., where she has proudly served for 33 years, guiding the firm’s impressive growth from a single-attorney office to a thriving practice of thirteen attorneys. Her leadership and operational expertise have been instrumental in supporting the firm’s expansion and ensuring efficient workflow management.
Ms. Gilbert holds an Associate in Applied Science with a focus on Paralegal Studies from Central Texas College, equipping her with a strong foundation in legal procedures and office administration. In 2017, she earned the status of North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal, further strengthening her credentials and reinforcing her role as a cornerstone of the firm’s legal support team.
An experienced presenter, Kim has shared her insights at seminars hosted by the Eastern Bankruptcy Institute, the Eastern District of North Carolina Clerk’s Office, and NACBA. She has also served on the Clerk’s Office Legal Link Committee and History Committee, demonstrating her commitment to the legal community and her standing as a knowledgeable professional.
