Heather Gardner is a former bankruptcy paralegal with extensive experience supporting debtor-focused Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. She founded Propel Paralegal Services, a virtual firm that helps attorneys nationwide streamline and grow their bankruptcy practices. Heather deeply understands case workflows, petition drafting, e-filing, and communication with clients, trustees, and courts.

Heather serves on the NFPA Ethics Board, the Tiered Legal Services Task Force Education Committee for Maryland, and the Maryland State Bar Association’s Paralegal Task Force. She has also served on the Temporary Task Force for NALA’s Bankruptcy Certification Exam.
